McKee Wins at HBADE Regal Awards

We are so excited to announce that McKee Builders won Best Design Studio and Sussex County Community of the Year – Friendship Creek at the HBADE (HBA of Delaware) Regal Awards held on May 10th. The annual Regal Awards celebrate outstanding achievements in Delaware home building, recognizing the hard work and dedication members contribute to the building industry and their communities.

Our Design Studio in Middletown, Delaware, is a hub for innovative design and creativity. It combines modern techniques with classic craftsmanship to turn design ideas into reality. The Design Studio was created to provide our homebuyers with a creative atmosphere, an environment conducive to imagining, experimenting, and realizing the design potential of each new home. It is the perfect place to design a home to reflect each family’s taste and style.

Friendship Creek, our community of 133 townhomes just minutes from Bethany Beach, Delaware, is in its final phase. There are three distinctly different home designs offered, each exhibiting the best of McKee’s award-winning designs. Plus, residents can enjoy a community pool and dog park in the perfect location for enjoying all there is to love at the beach. Limited opportunities – Quick move-in homes are available!

At McKee Builders, we do everything with our buyers in mind, from what they need to how they live. We help them find the perfect new home community, the home design they envision, and the just-right location to make it a reality.
