PEX Plumbing Systems

In our homes, we use PEX Plumbing Systems for many reasons.

• PEX can expand to twice its size and then contract, while copper can burst.
• PEX operates on a Manabloc manifold system, which saves energy since it has one continuous run. 
• PEX is easier to manage, allowing you to turn the water off at a designated area.
• PEX offers more convenience and peace of mind.

This advanced system is included in all McKee homes and is an upgrade for other builders.

Screened-In Porches

You can screen in the porch as a great addition to any of our floor plans. It’s a great way to enjoy the beautiful outdoors while staying protected from pesky bugs, harsh sun rays, rain, or other inclement weather.

Dog Shower

This is a favorite of our recognizable golden team members, Remy and Birdie. Adding a dog shower is perfect for all of your furry family members. With no or fewer visits to the groomers, this option could save you money and is a great way to spend quality time with your pets.

A Gourmet Kitchen

Perfect for the family’s chefs, the gourmet kitchen option will make each cooking experience, baking moment, and clean-up time much easier. With options like large islands for prepping, wine fridges for your favorite beverages, and so much more, you really can’t go wrong with this addition.

Lofts

If you need a bit more space, lofts are a great addition to many of our floor plans. Fancy yourself a DIY crafter? Make it a craft room! Or maybe you need a playroom for the kids? You can also use it to host visits from extended family. The possibilities are endless!
