At McKee Builders, we’ve done away with the idea that buying a new home means months of stress; instead, we’ve turned the process into something fun.

We believe that the beginning sets the tone for the rest of the way — which is why we’re so happy to have Alicia Caroll as one of the first people you’ll interact with! As one of our sales managers in The Grove at Fenwick Island, Alicia’s positivity shines through in everything she does, and we can’t wait for you to experience how much fun it is to work with her.

Having worked in new home construction for over 13 years, Alicia brings an invaluable amount of knowledge and expertise to her role with us. She started her sales career 3 years ago, and found that it was a perfect fit… Our team is so grateful to have someone who’s not only great at what she does, but loves it too.

When it comes to her day-to-day experience at McKee Builders, Alicia feels inspired by the positive work atmosphere that constantly surrounds the office. “Everyone is always willing to help you when you need it, and make you feel like a part of the family,” she says. “This makes coming into work every day something to look forward to!”

As a sales manager, Alicia takes great pride in guiding buyers toward their dream home. The pure happiness and excitement that she sees in her buyers is what makes her job so special — “purchasing a home at the beach is something that a lot of people dream about and plan for many years, so being able to help them during the process is incredibly rewarding.”

Outside of the office, you can most likely find Alicia spending time with her husband of sixteen years and their two children. They love going out on their boat, taking family vacations together, and of course, enjoying all of the fun that comes with football season.

Finally, anyone who’s ever met Alicia can instantly sense her kind, caring heart, so it comes as no surprise that she’s a huge animal lover — all of her pets have either been adopted from a shelter or a rescue organization, or taken in off the streets.
