Glasgow Farmers Market | US Route 40 & DE Route 896, Bear, DE 

Glasgow Farmers Market offers plenty of sweet, locally-produced goodies. This market specializes in quality jams, jars of honey, and delicious baked goods. There’s also plenty of cooked food to enjoy with specialties from the area on offer. The menus change with the seasons. For those who enjoy home-cooking, you can buy the best ingredients here. Ask the vendors for advice on your recipes, or even get some fresh ideas while you are there. Cash, debit, and credit cards are all accepted.

New Castle Farmers Market | 110 N Dupont Hwy, New Castle, DE  

For something a bit different, head to New Castle Farmers Market. Unlike the other markets here, this one is a traditional flea market with heaps of quality used goods. Open in 1954, New Castle Farmers Market was voted Best in Delaware By Delaware Today Magazine. Feel the buzz of the vast amount of traders bartering their wares. Residents are free to trade here, too. Get some real bargains for your new home. Selling starts at 8:30 am, so get there early to grab the deals.
