Employee Spotlight: Meet Steve!

At McKee Builders, we’re grateful for our wonderful team year-round, but we’re especially grateful around the holidays. Now that we’re gearing up for all of the winter festivities and celebrations with loved ones, we want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on an employee who always goes above and beyond.

 

Steve Caulk, a customer service technician for our Bay Bridge Cove community in beautiful Kent Island, is a team member who’s always there to not only exceed expectations but bring positivity to our team and homeowners every day. Thanks to Steve, Bay Bridge Cove always operates brighter and better! 

 

For over 25 years, Steve has held various home and commercial roles within the building industry, and brings his invaluable expertise, skillset, and knowledge to his current position, along with his signature sense of humor and fun-loving character. 

 

In his day-to-day role, Steve enjoys the opportunity to utilize the trust of his project manager to complete his daily workload. He also values the responsibility to satisfy the needs of the homeowners in the community, and we can attest to the fact that he gets each job done on time (and with the greatest care). 

 

When he’s not working around Bay Bridge Cove, you can most likely find Steve cruising to the beach in the Jeep with his wife, playing frisbee with his yellow lab, Crue, playing music, and riding his motorcycle. He’s been married to his wife, Betsy, for 33 years, and has lived on the beautiful Eastern shore for 21!
