Each McKee Community has a Customer Care team who makes it their business to put you first. They will provide attentive care and quick responses to your questions. Your team will manage our quality-assurance program of Warranty Visits, and handle any requests related to Warranty Service.
Our Customer Care program includes four warranty visits. These visits are conducted prior to settlement, the day of settlement, at day 30 and during the 10th month after settlement. From making sure that punch lists items are completed before you take ownership, to inspecting your home on the day you settle, to assuring that any maintenance or service issues have been resolved over the following months, McKee goes the extra mile to ensure your complete satisfaction.
To ensure that you get the most enjoyment from your new home, McKee Builders provides you with a Homeowner’s Guide containing information that will make it easier to enjoy your home’s many features. The guide provides details about our Customer Care program and warranty, and offers helpful information about appliances, doors and windows, and more.
