At McKee Builders our homeowners are like family – and being a part of our family means ensuring that your health and safety are a first priority. Below are guidelines to help you better understand the steps we are taking to make your new home purchase easier as we navigate this new environment.
Please check back for updates.
We are taking every precaution in our model homes, sales centers and selections centers to make your visit safe and comfortable.
At our DELAWARE and MARYLAND communities, sales centers are open and, as always, we encourage appointments to ensure ample time for questions or to meet with a sales counselor.
In PENNSYLVANIA, in compliance with government guidelines occupancy limits are in place. We strongly suggest making an appointment to be sure we can assist you. Please call to schedule your visit or contact us via the website.
AT ALL MCKEE SALES CENTERS, we are asking that everyone wear a facemask and maintain a 6′ distance. We are also regularly screening visitors for symptoms. The number of visitors permitted in sales center varies according to specific state guidelines. Please check before your visit.

Construction Site Safety
Because we know that you are excited to settle into your new home, we are committed to keeping construction on schedule while staying safe.
To comply with government guidelines to ensure construction site safety, heightened processes have been implemented at every job site. A Safety Officer has been designated at every community and the number of tradesman and employees are limited in each homesite (based on specific state guidelines). Visitors are not be permitted to walk the homesites or enter the homes under construction. If a tour of your home under construction is needed, please call your McKee sales counselor to schedule a convenient time.
Homebuyers are welcome to drive by their homesite and watch their home as it comes alive!

Customer Care and Warranty Requests
We are happy to announce that we have resumed service calls for your warranty requests at every McKee Builders community. If you have a new request or are checking on the status of a current one, call or email us. (Please, no personal visits to the sales centers at this time.)
While in your home, all contractors and McKee team members are required to follow McKee’s stringent safety guidelines which include wearing masks and safe social distancing. Individual contracting companies may also have additional safety processes in place. Due to current state guidelines, contractors at some communities will be scheduled on a limited basis.
We kindly ask our homeowners to wear masks. Also, please sanitize before and after a contractor visits to help keep you and our trusted team safe.
