Maryann Bryla - SEI Investments Company

Maryann Bryla is a senior financial executive with superior leadership experience in diversified, international publicly traded companies. Maryann currently serves as Senior Vice President of SEI Investment Company's Private Wealth Management Group. In this role, Maryann is responsible for delivering best of class financial advice and sophisticated solutions to ultra high net worth families, specializing in entrepreneurial business owners.

Prior to joining SEI, Maryann served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Lenfest Communications, Inc., a $7.5 billion international media company and owner of Suburban Cable TV Co. In this role, Maryann was responsible for all global financing activities including raising over $3 billion in financing, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, investor relations, SEC reporting, financial planning and analysis, regulatory compliance, and all corporate controller functions. Maryann also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Videopole, a Paris, France based cable television company.

Maryann joined Lenfest from PNC Bank, where she held various leadership positions in the Corporate Banking Media Lending Division. Maryann began her career on Wall Street with Chase Manhattan Bank. After completing Chase's Management Development Program, Maryann was promoted to business leader of the Corporate Finance Loan Syndications Division.

Maryann graduated from the University of Notre Dame and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance. She is also a Registered Investment Advisor.


Nancy Drozdow - CFAR

Nancy Drozdow is a founder and principal at CFAR, The Center for Applied Research, a management consulting firm spun off from the Wharton School. As a founder and member of CFAR's management committee, she draws on personal experience in working through the dilemmas of strategy and succession. She is recognized as one of the preeminent authorities on family and founder/owner led businesses, and is an expert in business strategies and the behaviors that makes strategy happen. She has been a pioneer in merging rigorous analytics with human and organizational behaviors to invent solutions that stick - particularly during leadership transition.

In over 20 years of consulting Nancy has worked across industries. She was among the founders of the Family Firm Institute, and independent, global institution providing interdisciplinary education to professionals serving family firms. In addition, Nancy has served on FFI's Board and Executive committee and is an FFI Fellow.


Robert E. Keith, Jr. - TL Ventures

Robert E. Keith, Jr. is a Managing Director of TL Ventures, a $1.4 billion group of venture capital funds focused on technology services and software communications. In addition to his work with individual companies, Bob is Chief Executive Officer of the company. He is also a senior advisor to, and co-founder of, EnerTech Capital, a $290 million specialty firm focused on early to expansion-stage venture investments in principally U.S.-based software, technology, and services businesses that serve the energy and communications industries.

Prior to his affiliation with TL Ventures in 1989, Bob held executive positions with Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia for over 20 years, most recently as Vice Chairman. At Fidelity, he headed the Corporate Banking Department, which included specialized and commercial lending groups and several non-banking subsidiaries.

Bob serves on the Boards of Directors of a number of the TL portfolio companies. In addition, he is Chairman of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., on the board of Internet Capital Group, Chairman and a member of the board and Executive Committee of Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania, and Chairman of the Board of The Reinvestment Fund.

Mr. Keith is a graduate of Amherst College and Temple University School of Law.


Dr. Bert Rosenbloom - Drexel University

Dr. Bert Rosenbloom is professor of marketing and holds the Rauth Chair in marketing management at Drexel University. Bert is a leading expert on the management of marketing channels and distribution systems. His research has been widely published in the major professional journals and is frequently presented at professional conferences. One of his eleven books, Marketing Channels: A Management View (Thomson/Southwest) now in its seventh edition is the standard textbook in the field. His book Retail Marketing (Random House), a pioneering text on the application of modern marketing methods to retail channels has had a major impact on distribution thought in the U.S. and other countries around the world. Another of his books, Marketing Functions and the Wholesaler Distributor (Distribution Research and Education Foundation) has been acclaimed in the wholesaling sector for providing the industry with new concepts and analytical methods for increasing productivity in wholesale marketing channels.

Bert's recent research focuses on customer experience management, electronic marketing channel systems, the impact of technology on marketing channels, and global marketing channels systems comparative analysis. As an active consultant, Bert has consulted for a broad range of industries in manufacturing, wholesaling, retailing, communications, services and real estate in the U.S. and around the world.


Gregory Shorten - The McKee Group

Gregory Shorten has over 35 years of experience with The McKee Group. In his time at The McKee Group, he has worked in almost all aspects of the business. As vice president of operations, Greg has supervised the apartments, construction and stick built housing at one time or another. His specialty at The McKee Group became running manufactured housing communities including budgeting, daily operations, building and development, land approvals, re-zoning, branding and marketing and sale of homes. He supervised all employees (sales, maintenance, activities, subcontractors) both during and after construction of each community.

Greg graduated from Villanova University with concentrations in marketing and finance in 1965. He was a member of the Pennsylvania Manufactured Housing Association and served on the Executive and Legislative Committees of that organization. He is also very active in the Villanova Alumni Association.


Robert F. Whalen - Susquehanna Bank

Robert F. Whalen is senior executive vice president and director of Susquehanna Bank, a commercial bank and financial services company serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Bob's background includes more than 38 years of financial experience. Prior to a merger with Equity Bank, he was a founder, organizer, president, CEO and chairman of Founders' Bank. Before organizing Founders' Bank, he was vice president of Marketing and Business Development for The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, with responsibility for marketing, general banking operations, community and customer relations and trust. Bob was formerly with IBM Corporation in the Philadelphia area.

Bob graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College and is president of its Delaware Valley Alumni Chapter. He is a director of Cabrini College, Midlantic Business Alliance, M-Able Foundation and has served on several Boards including The Risk Management Association, Insured Financial Institutes of the Delaware Valley, the Delaware County Economic Development Loan Board, Radnor Township Library, Country Day School of the Sacred Heart and many others.
